Tragano Greek Organics is a family-owned food company in southwestern Greece dedicated to bringing its customers organically grown olive oil, olives, peppers, sea fennel and other foods that are staples of the legendarily healthy Mediterranean diet.
Olive Oil
Our extra virgin olive oil comes from the ancient Koroneiki cultivar, native to the Peloponnese region and prized by connoisseurs for its complex, full-bodied flavor. Our olives are cold-pressed on the same day they are picked to maintain freshness, full body and low acidity.
Olives
Our pitted Greek olives are firm, robust, and delicious. We hand-select and then pack them in an all-natural brine of water, organic vinegar, and sea salt. They’re a good source of healthy fats, as well as fiber, Vitamin A, calcium, and iron.
Capia Peppers
The Capia is a red pepper variety unique to the Eastern Mediterranean. Capia peppers are renowned for their crispiness and thick skin. We fire-roast and naturally peel ours so that you can feel their rich taste and texture in every bite.
Sea Fennel
Sea Fennel has been prized for millennia for its unique taste and nutritional properties. It is an aromatic plant that in the wild grows mainly in rocky crevices along shorelines - our us sustainably cultivated and full vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and antioxidants.
